  this is really, really not going well. a coworker was asking earlier what people thought individuals should do to protect their assets, families, and livelihoods. there was no good answer forthcoming from any of us. any of you know?

  it really seems like the population is now helpless. most of us have to admit that we did not complain during the joy ride. but if we knew (understood?) the consequences, maybe we would have asked to pull over before hurtling over the cliff.

  Or what goes up will go down and will go up again. Yeah, we may have to buckle down for a while, but things will get better (hopefully sooner rather than later).
